LISTED seed manufacturing giant, SeedCo International Limited (SCIT) has finally acquired 78% stake in its local unit SeedCo Limited (SCL) enabling the company to implement its exit from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE).

Thirty-three bulls charged against six bears on the ZSE in week the opening session to register a wide positive market breadth.

Firming demand across the board helped push the market northwards in the week ending session. Resultantly three of the Indices in our review continued to soar with the primary All Share Index surging 6.58% to end at 3171.15pts with the segregated Industrials putting on a further 6.81% to 10611.49pts.

The market extended gains in the week ending session to see all the indices closing pointing northwards. The primary All Share Index added 4.85% to settle at 2586.90pts with the Industrials putting on a 4.78% rise to 8617.80%.
