ASTRA Holdings is planning to de-list from the domestic bourse. The new shareholders, who now hold over 80 percent of stock in the company, are compelled to do so by listing regulations after taking up more stock than they should have left to allow for at least 30 percent of the shares to be free floating.

MASIMBA Holdings will unbundle its plastic manufacturing division into a standalone and thereafter list it on Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in an effort to unlock value for shareholders .
