Zimbabwe plans to set up an exchange-traded fund that will give investors exposure to shares in insurer Old Mutual and cement maker PPC on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX).

PROPERTY company, Tigere Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), has been licensed and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZim), paving way for its listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) by end of September.

Cass Saddle’s Agriculture Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), made up of listed agricultural sector equities, became the fifth ETF to list on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) this year with the local bourse anticipating more listings before year end.
